The incident report said the intoxicated Hungarian national was escorted from the restaurant and held down by restaurant employees in a parking lot until police arrived. After his arrest Hetenyi became agitated in the back of a patrol car, and when taken to jail, was restrained by deputies and placed in a separate holding cell.

He was charged with sexual battery and disorderly conduct, Gwinnett County, Ga., County jail records state.

He was released from jail Monday after posting bail, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported Wednesday.

The Solar Bears, an East Coast Hockey League team in Atlanta for a game against the Gwinnett Gladiators, announced Hetenyi's release from the team following the arrest.
