BRITSOL, Tenn., March 17 (UPI) -- Kasey Kahne
grabbed the lead from Brad Keselowski
with 40 laps to go Sunday and went on to win the Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Kahne took advantage when Keselowski spun his tires on a restart and led the rest of the way to claim his first victory of the season and 15th of his Sprint Cup career victory.
He was coming off a second-place finish in last week's event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Pole-sitter Kyle Busch settled for second place, followed by Keselowski.
Kurt Busch and Clint Bowyer rounded out the Top 5.
A crash shortly after the 100th lap took out the two then-frontrunners, Jeff Gordon and Matt Kenseth. Kenseth plowed into the back of Gordon's car after Gordon blew out a tire and ran into the wall.
