NBA: Oklahoma City 117 Orlando 104

OKLAHOMA CITY, March 15 (UPI) -- Kevin Durant paced Oklahoma City to a quick start Friday and the Thunder went on to defeat Orlando 117-104.

Oklahoma City hit 15-of-21 from the field in the opening quarter while scoring 39 points and coasted to its seventh victory in eight games. The Thunder and Miami are the only teams in the NBA with 30 home victories this season.

Durant scored 26 points to go with nine rebounds and Russell Westbrook added 23 points. Serge Ibaka contributed 20 more for the Thunder.

Jameer Nelson had a 26-point effort for the Magic, who have lost seven out of nine.

Oklahoma City shot 55 percent overall.
