WASHINGTON, March 13 (UPI) -- John Wall propelled Washington to a fourth-quarter surge Wednesday that brought the Wizards a 106-93 win over Milwaukee.

The Wizards let a 16-point halftime slip away, then outscored the Bucks 31-15 in the fourth quarter to record their second victory in three games. Washington went into the contest with the third fewest number of wins in the NBA.

Wall scored 23 points and helped Washington dominate the game for all but the third period.

After taking a 60-44 halftime advantage, the Wizards were outscored by 19 in that quarter. Martell Webster added 20 points for Washington and Trevor Booker came off the bench to score 13 points and grab 12 rebounds.

Washington shot 50 percent from the field and made 8-of-16 from 3-point range.

The Bucks, who have dropped back-to-back games, were led by Monta Ellis with 26 points.
