GLENDALE, Ariz., March 9 (UPI) -- Mike Smith earned a victory with 20 saves Saturday, backstopping the Phoenix Coyotes to a 2-1 win over Dallas.

Rob Klinkhammer and Shane Doan provided the offense in the Coyotes' victory, which broke a two-game losing streak.

Dallas' Kari Lehtonen, meanwhile, was saddled with the loss despite allowing just two goals on 21 shots.

Jaromir Jagr supplied the only goal for the Stars.
