DENVER, March 8 (UPI) -- Ty Lawson led all the Denver starters and seven players overall into double figures Thursday, lifting the Nuggets to a 107-92 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

Denver won its seventh straight game, improved to 27-3 at home and moved within 4 1/2 games of powerhouse Oklahoma City for the lead in the Northwest Division.

Lawson scored 21 points and Danilo Gallinari added 20 for the Nuggets, who broke things open with a 36-point third period. Denver took a 10-point lead into the final quarter and the Clippers could not make a serious run the rest of the way.

Denver shot 55 percent from the field and went 11-of-24 from 3-point range.

Los Angeles was led by Matt Barnes with 19 points off the bench.
