OAKLAND, Calif., March 7 (UPI) -- A 3-pointer by Klay Thompson put Golden State in front with 7.5 seconds left Wednesday and the Warriors went on to down Sacramento 87-83.

The Warriors have won back-to-back games and have 20 home victories this season.

Sacramento ran off five straight points to take an 83-82 lead with 1:25 remaining and there was no further scoring until Thompson rattled home his critical long-range shot.

Tyreke Evans then missed a jumper for the Kings and Draymond Green's two free throws in the final second closed out the scoring.

Thompson led the Warriors with 20 points while David Lee added 17 points and 10 rebounds. The consecutive Golden State victories have come after four straight losses.

Jason Thompson led the Kings with 17 points and eight rebounds. It was Sacramento's ninth setback in 11 games.
