SAN ANTONIO, March 3 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan scored 16 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, distributed six assists and blocked five shots Sunday, keying San Antonio's 114-75 win over Detroit.

Manu Ginobili pumped in 17 first-half points for the Spurs, who overcame the absence of injured all-star guard Tony Parker to log their second straight one-sided victory.

Danny Green chipped in with 16 points and Kawhi Leonard added 14 as San Antonio took advantage of 19 Pistons turnovers en route to the triumph.

Greg Monroe registered 16 points and eight boards for Detroit, which stumbled to its fifth loss in six contests.
