NBA: Miami 141, Sacramento 129 (2OT)

MIAMI, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- LeBron James scored 40 points and Dwyane Wade added 39 Tuesday, helping Miami outlast Sacramento 141-129 in double-overtime for a 12th straight win.

James added a career-high 16 assists and eight rebounds while Wade chipped in with eight boards and seven assists as Miami remained without a loss since Feb. 1.

The Heat emerged victorious in the marathon despite playing in their fifth game over seven days.

The Kings, who dropped their sixth straight, were led by Marcus Thornton with 38 points.
