DENVER, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Wilson Chandler, subbing for the injured Danilo Gallinari, scored 23 points Monday, sparking Denver to a 119-108 overtime win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

Ty Lawson nearly matched Chandler with 22 points and added eight assists as the Nuggets logged their third win in four games.

Kobe Bryant filled the stat sheet with 29 points, nine assists and six boards, but the Lakers still saw their three-game winning streak broken.

Dwight Howard missed 11 of his 14 free throws for Los Angeles, taking the luster off his 15 points and 14 rebounds.
