MARSEILLE, France, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Jo-Wilfried Tsonga dropped the first set Sunday but then rallied to defeat Tomas Berdych in the final of the Open 13 tennis event.

The third-seeded Tsonga took his second career championship at Marseille with a 3-6, 7-6 (8-6), 6-4 victory over the top-seeded Berdych.

The Frenchman, who also won the Open 13 in 2009, notched his 10th career ATP Tour crown.

The Czech Republic's Berdych, meanwhile, fell to 8-9 in career finals.
