PHOENIX, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Jeff Green easily produced his largest point total for the season Friday in leading Boston to a 113-88 bashing of Phoenix.

Green had not scored more than 20 in a game during the 2012-13 campaign, but he delivered 31 against the Suns. He hit 11-of-14 shots from the field to go with seven rebounds.

For the first time this season the Celtics won a road game against a Western Conference opponent.

Chris Wilcox added 14 points for the Celtics while Avery Bradley and Jason Terry had 13 each. Boston hit 52 percent of its shots from the field and went 10-of-22 from long range.

Goran Dragic scored 19 points for Phoenix, which has dropped six out of seven.
