SACRAMENTO, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Tony Parker's double-double of 30 points and 11 assists paced the San Antonio Spurs to a 108-102 win over the game Sacramento Kings Tuesday.

Parker's layup off an offensive rebound with 19.7 seconds to play gave the Spurs some breathing room after Sacramento had cut their lead to 103-100 on a bucket by Marcus Thornton with 55.9 seconds to left.

Danny Green chipped in 21 points for the Spurs, who won their fourth consecutive game. Tim Duncan scored nine points and had 14 of San Antonio's 39 rebounds.

Isaiah Thomas led Sacramento with 22 points. Tyreke Evans scored 20 and Thornton scored 16 off the bench. The Kings outscored the visitors in the second half 61-58.
