NBA: Phoenix 102, Portland 98

PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Luis Scola scored 18 points Tuesday and Goran Dragic had a double-double of 16 points and 18 assists in the Phoenix Suns' 102-98 road win over Portland.

Dragic dished up 10 of his assists in a 36-point first quarter for the Suns, who snapped a four-game losing streak and handed the Trail Blazers their sixth consecutive defeat.

Wesley Johnson chipped in 14 points off the Phoenix bench. Jermaine O'Neal scored nine points and had 13 rebounds for the Suns, who out-rebounded Portland 51-37.

Portland rallied in the fourth quarter. They held outscored the Suns 25-18 in the period and cut the Phoenix lead to 98-100 with 20.5 seconds to play but could get no closer as Dragic converted a pair of free throws to close out the scoring.

J.J. Hickson led the Blazers with 25 points and 16 rebounds. Damian Lillard scored 24.
