AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Ryan Anderson poured in 31 points Monday and the New Orleans Hornets continued a recent hot streak with a 105-86 decision over Detroit.

Anderson drained five 3-pointers while Robin Lopez added 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Hornets, who won for the third time in four games despite the absence of high-scoring Eric Gordon.

Al-Farouq Aminu supplied a double-double of 12 points and 14 boards as New Orleans sank a total of 10 shots from long range.

The Pistons got 19 points from Rodney Stuckey but could manage only 36 percent shooting from the field in the setback.
