NHL: Chicago 3, Nashville 0

NASHVILLE, Feb. 10 (UPI) -- Corey Crawford posted a 17-shot shutout Sunday and the Chicago Blackhawks improved to 10-0-2 with a 3-0 whitewash of Nashville.

Crawford was busiest in the third period when he faced 10 shots as the Western Conference-leading Blackhawks recorded their first shutout this season.

Marcus Kruger scored unassisted, Patrick Kane notched his ninth of the season and Jonathan Toews also scored in Chicago's victory.

Pekka Rinne turned aside 24-of-27 shots for the Predators, who dropped their second straight following a four-game winning streak.
