MONTREAL, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Phil Kessel registered a goal and two assists to back James Reimer's shutout performance Saturday in the Toronto Maple Leafs' 6-0 thrashing of Montreal.

Dion Phaneuf and James van Riemsdyk each provided a goal and an assist, while Tyler Bozak, Korbinian Holzer and Leo Komarov also scored as the Leafs racked up their third straight victory.

Reimer, meanwhile, frustrated the Canadiens by stopping all 37 shots he faced in logging his seventh career shutout.

Montreal's Carey Price was blitzed for six goals on 27 shots as the Habs stumbled to their third straight loss.
