NBA: Philadelphia 87, Charlotte 76

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 9 (UPI) -- Philadelphia's Lavoy Allen hauled down 22 rebounds and added 14 points Saturday, propelling the 76ers to an 87-76 triumph over reeling Charlotte.

Jrue Holiday struck for 20 points, Spencer Hawes contributed 17 and Evan Turner had a double-double of 16 and 10 boards as the Sixers handed the Bobcats a seventh consecutive defeat.

Jeremy Pargo came off the Philadelphia bench to provide 12 points and six assists.

Ramon Sessions led Charlotte with 20 points. Byron Mullens added 16 as the Bobcats dropped a fifth consecutive meeting against Philadelphia.
