MEMPHIS, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Zach Randolph started and finished a nine-point run in the fourth quarter Friday that rallied Memphis to a 99-93 victory over Golden State.
The Warriors took an 86-83 lead with 8:10 to play thanks to back-to-back 3-pointers from Stephen Curry, but Memphis then put together its critical outburst to go in front for good.
Marc Gasol made a hook shot during that stretch and led the Grizzlies with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Randolph helped end a two-game skid by scoring 16 points and grabbing 12 boards.
Memphis swept the three-game season series with the Warriors and has defeated Golden State in all of their last nine meetings.
Curry scored 32 points and Lee added 26 for Golden State, which has lost three in a row.
