DENVER, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Wes Chandler made 8-of-9 shots from the field Thursday and scored 24 points in sending Denver to its eighth straight win -- 128-96 over Chicago.

The Nuggets advanced to 22-3 at home this season, a mark that ties Oklahoma City for second best in the NBA behind San Antonio.

Denver outscored the Bulls by 21 points in the third period to break things open, hitting 58 percent from the field. Kenneth Faried added 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Nuggets while Ty Lawson had 16 points and 12 assists.
