Jerryd Bayless led Memphis with a season-high 29 points. Zach Randolph notched 21 points and 13 rebounds, and Tayshaun Prince scored 11 in his second game with the Grizzlies.

The Grizzlies trailed Phoenix 92-88 with 50 seconds to play; however a turnover on an inbounds pass by Prince gave the Suns the ball back. Dragic, who scored 15 in the fourth quarter, capitalized by draining a mid-range jumper that extended the Phoenix lead to six with 34.5 seconds remaining.

The Suns outscored Memphis in the fourth quarter 31-19.
