NHL: Pittsburgh 5, New Jersey 1

PITTSBURGH, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Sidney Crosby had a goal and two assists Saturday and the Pittsburgh Penguins beating New Jersey 5-1 for their first home win of the season.

Crosby scored in the third period and got an assist in the first after initially being credited with a goal. A review determined Brandon Sutter had actually knocked it into the net for his first score as a Penguin.

Chris Kunitz had a goal and two assists, and Kris Letang and Robert Bortuzzo each scored a goal for Pittsburgh, who improved to 1-2-0 on their home ice.

Marc-Andre Fleury earned the win with 15 saves.

Martin Brodeur was shelled for five goals on 30 shots as the Devils dropped their fourth straight.

Andy Greene scored New Jersey's only goal.
