ATLANTA, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Luol Deng fired in 25 points and grabbed 14 rebounds Saturday, helping Chicago overcome the absence of some key players in its 93-76 win over Atlanta.
Taj Gibson provided 19 points and set a career high with 19 rebounds, while Jimmy Butler chipped in with 16 and 10 as the Bulls played without Joakim Noah, Carlos Boozer and Kirk Hinrich, all of whom were out with injuries.
The Bulls got another 20 points plus eight assists from Nate Robinson.
The Hawks countered with double-doubles by Josh Smith (19 points and 13 rebounds) and Al Horford (14 and 12), but it wasn't enough as they dropped their second straight.
