NBA: New York 96, Milwaukee 86

NEW YORK, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony led a second-half charge and scored 25 points Friday in rallying New York to a 96-86 decision over Milwaukee.

The Knicks held the Bucks to 33 points in the second half while winning their third in a row. A 30-11 New York run that spanned the third and fourth periods turned the game in the Knicks' favor after they had trailed by six at intermission.

Anthony also had eight rebounds and six assists. J.R. Smith and Amar'e Stoudemire both had 17 points for New York and Tyson Chandler claimed 20 rebounds.

New York put up 35 of its 76 field goal attempts from 3-point range and made 13 of them. It was the Knicks' fourth straight win over the Bucks.

Irsan Ilyasova produced 19 points for Milwaukee, but only three of them came during the second half.
