SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Tony Parker's 22 points helped San Antonio pull away in the second half Wednesday and without Tim Duncan again the Spurs defeated Charlotte 102-78.

San Antonio was missing its veteran center for the fourth straight game, but the Spurs rolled to their ninth consecutive victory. Duncan is out with a sore left knee and San Antonio was also without forwards DeJuan Blair and Matt Bonner, both of whom are suffering knee problems.

Kawhi Leonard delivered 18 points for San Antonio and Danny Green had 17. The Spurs shot 55 percent from the field and made 9-of-16 from 3-point range.

Charlotte, which has lost 10 times in its last 12 contests, got 20 points off the bench from Ramon Sessions.
