RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 28 (UPI) -- David Krejci scored the go-ahead goal off a feed from Dougie Hamilton with less than 2 minutes left Monday and Boston went on to best Carolina 5-3.

The Bruins continued their fast start to the season with the help of Zdeno Chara, who tallied a goal and two assists.

Tyler Seguin and Nathan Horton helped out with a goal and an assist each as Boston improved to 4-0-1 for the first time since 1990-91.

Anton Khudobin earned a victory in his first start of the season, making 29 saves for the Bruins.

The Hurricanes, meanwhile, saw their two-game winning streak snapped despite a goal and an assist from Eric Staal.

Jeff Skinner and Jamie McBain each contributed a goal and an assist while Cam Ward yielded four goals on 37 shots for Carolina.
