
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- James Harden sank 19-of-21 free throws en route to 29 points for Houston Monday and the Rockets broke a seven-game skid with a 100-94 win over Charlotte.
Harden made only 5-of-20 shots from the field but helped out with seven rebounds and seven assists for Houston, which logged its first victory since Jan. 8.
Marcus Morris provided 21 points and eight boards and Carlos Delfino added 16 points -- including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 1:54 remaining -- in the Rockets' win.
Chandler Parsons chipped in with 14 points, seven rebounds and five assists for Houston.
Kemba Walker struck for a career-high 35 points on 12-of-21 shooting, but it wasn't enough for the Bobcats, who dropped their 15th straight at home.
Ramon Sessions added 19 points, eight rebounds and five assists for the losers.
