NBA: New Orleans 111, Philadelphia 99

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Greivis Vasquez posted 23 points Tuesday and the New Orleans Hornets stayed hot on the road with a 111-99 victory over Philadelphia.

Eric Gordon added 19 points for the Hornets, who reeled off their fifth win in six contests.

Ryan Anderson (14 points), Xavier Henry (11) and rookie Anthony Davis (10) also reached double figures for New Orleans.

The 76ers, meanwhile, fell for the sixth time in seven contests despite 29 points, 11 assists, five rebounds and four steals from Jrue Holiday.
