CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 9 (UPI) -- Al Jefferson led six Utah players in double figures Wednesday with 26 points in bringing the Jazz a 112-102 win over Charlotte.

Utah won for the fourth time in five games, breaking things open late in the second period and coasting from there. The Jazz had a 19-point lead at intermission, led by as many as 21 points late in the contest and then did not score for the final 4 minutes.

Charlotte lost its second straight and remained stuck on nine wins for the season. The Bobcats have won just twice in their last 22 outings.

Paul Millsap added 19 points for Utah, Gordon Hayward had 14 and Alex Burks contributed 12. The Jazz hit 53 percent of their field goal attempts.

Ben Gordon led Charlotte with 20 points and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had 15.
