PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 8 (UPI) -- Deron Williams put in 22 points and dished off five assists Tuesday, propelling the Brooklyn Nets over slumping Philadelphia 109-89.

Williams connected on 7 of his 11 shots for the Nets, who racked up their fourth straight win.

Andray Blatche -- who was interviewed by Philadelphia police before the game in connection with a sexual assault at the Nets' team hotel -- pumped in 20 points and pulled down seven rebounds in the win.

Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey told The New York Times a woman says she was sexually assaulted in a hotel suite where Blatche was present early Tuesday, but added he is not being accused of any wrongdoing.

Joe Johnson (15 points, five assists), Brook Lopez (13 points) and Reggie Evans (a career-high 23 rebounds) also sparked Brooklyn in the victory.

The 76ers, meanwhile, fell for the sixth time in seven games despite 19 points and eight assists from Jrue Holiday.
