CHENNAI, India, Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Second-seeded Janko Tipsarevic of Serbia advanced to the finals of the Chennai Open in India Saturday with a three-set win over Aljaz Bedene of Slovenia.

Tipsarevic lost the first set Saturday but got on track for a 4-6, 6-2, 6-2 win in the Australian Open tune-up. The Serbian lost last year's Chennai final to Milos Raonic.

Agut, ranked 80th in the world, reached his first ATP final by dispatching fifth-seeded Benoit Paire of France 3-6, 6-1, 6-4. Agut beat Czech star Tomas Berdych in Friday's quarterfinals.
