INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 26 (UPI) -- A winter storm Wednesday forced the postponement of the scheduled game between the Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers.

More than 7 inches of snow had fallen on Indianapolis by mid-afternoon, coupled with high winds that caused blowing and drifting.

The Pacers said on their website the game would be rescheduled and tickets for Wednesday night's game would be honored. The game had been scheduled to start at 7 p.m., the first of two home games scheduled for this week.
