NBA: LA Lakers 118, Golden State 115 (OT)

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 23 (UPI) -- Kobe Bryant got six of his 34 points in overtime Saturday, carrying the Los Angeles Lakers to their third straight win, 118-115 over Golden State.

It took Bryant 41 shots to get his points -- he only made 16 of them -- but he also grabbed 10 rebounds and notched five assists for the Lakers, who improved to 5-8 on the road.

Steve Nash returned from a 24-game absence with a non-displaced fracture to his lower left leg and contributed 12 points to go with nine assists for Los Angeles.

Metta World Peace struck for 20 points, while Jordan Hill contributed 14 to go with eight rebounds for Los Angeles.

Jarret Jack provided 29 points with 11 assists and David Lee added 20 points and 11 boards for the Warriors, who were coming off a Friday win over Charlotte.

Stephen Curry chipped in 20 points, eight rebounds and seven helpers and Klay Thompson had 18 points for Golden State.
