NBA: Detroit 100 Washington 68

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Greg Monroe and Brandon Knight paced a balanced attack Friday while Detroit was turning up the heat defensively in crushing Washington 100-68.

The Pistons snapped a six-game losing streak and dealt the Wizards their sixth straight loss. Washington remained stuck on three victories for the season, just one of which has come against an Eastern Conference team.
