WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Lou Williams netted 24 points and DeShawn Stevenson supplied a key 3-pointer in overtime Tuesday, lifting the Atlanta Hawks over Washington 100-95.

Josh Smith provided a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Hawks, who bested the Wizards for the 18th time in 19 meetings.

Atlanta improved to 7-3 on the road, bouncing back from a one-sided home loss to Golden State Saturday.

Jordan Crawford registered the second triple-double of his career with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists, but it wasn't enough for Washington, which fell to 3-19 on the season.
