NBA: Indiana 88, Detroit 77

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- David West put in 23 points and George Hill supplied 18 and seven assists Saturday in the Indiana Pacers' 88-77 decision over Detroit.

The Pacers reeled off their third straight win with the help of Paul George's 15 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.

Tyler Hansbrough added 11 points and six boards as Indiana snapped a three-game skid against the Pistons.

Pacers center Roy Hibbert sustained a bruised thigh in the contest. He was hurt late in the first half and didn't return.

Detroit got 18 points and eight rebounds from Greg Monroe but still stumbled to its fourth consecutive setback.
