INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- A parking valet at an Indianapolis hotel has been charged with taking a luxury car owned by a Colts receiver for a joy ride while drunk.

The car was returned to wide receiver Reggie Wayne Sunday, several hours after it disappeared from The Westin Hotel downtown Saturday evening.

The 2007 Bentley was recovered around 2 a.m. CST when police pulled the vehicle over and arrested the driver, identified as Gunner Belcher, 21, of Indianapolis.

A supervisor at the hotel told police Belcher left work Saturday evening without clocking out, the Indianapolis Star said.
