TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Nick Foles found Jeremy Maclin with a scoring pass on the last play of the game Sunday, elevating the Philadelphia Eagles over Tampa Bay 23-21.

Foles' 1-yard toss to Maclin came after he led the Eagles on a 64-yard drive with the clock winding down. His 4th-and-1, first-down run with less than 1 minute left kept the push alive.

The game-winning strike was reviewed to determined if Maclin had stayed inbounds and was upheld by the officials, allowing Philadelphia (4-9) to snap an eight-game losing streak.

Tampa Bay (6-7), meanwhile, dropped its third straight.
