SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Gary Neal and Tony Parker ignited a strong start to the fourth quarter Wednesday that vaulted San Antonio to a 110-99 decision over Milwaukee.

The Spurs won for the eighth time in nine games, their only loss in that stretch coming in Miami when they rested four of their key players.

Neal and Parker both scored 22 points with Parker handing out 10 assists. Tim Duncan added 17 points and 10 rebounds.

The game was tied heading into the final period, but the Spurs opened the quarter on a 17-2 run. San Antonio claimed 17 more rebounds than did the Bucks, who have lost back-to-back games.

Monta Ellis led Milwaukee with 21 points and 11 assists. The Bucks have lost four of their last five.
