AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Brandon Knight and Greg Monroe combined for 46 points Monday in the Detroit Pistons' 108-101 decision over Portland.

Knight netted 26 points while Monroe added 20 and 10 rebounds as Detroit notched its fourth win in seven contests.

Seven Pistons reached double figures in the victory -- their first of the season over a Western Conference foe -- including Kyle Singler, who supplied 16 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.

LaMarcus Aldridge returned from a stiff back to pump in 32 points with 10 boards for the Trail Blazers.
