PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick and running back LeSean McCoy will both miss this week's game against Carolina, the team said Saturday.

The Eagles ruled out the key offensive pair with concussions for Monday's contest, in which Philadelphia will try to end a six-game losing streak as they face the Panthers.

Vick suffered a concussion against the Dallas Cowboys Nov. 11, and was removed from a game against Washington last Sunday after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from Madieu Williams.

Starting in his place will be rookie Nick Foles, who struggled against the Washington Redskins in his first appearance, completing just 21-of-46 passes for 204 yards with no touchdowns and two interceptions.

McCoy, the Eagles' leading rusher with 750 yards, was concussed against the Redskins, and will be replaced by rookie Bryce Brown, the team said.
