WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Indiana's David West fired in 30 points Monday and the Pacers kept Washington winless with a 96-89 victory over the Wizards.

West helped turn back a late Washington rally with a pair of key baskets down the stretch, sentencing the Wizards to the first 0-9 start in franchise history.

Roy Hibbert donated 20 points and 12 rebounds as the Pacers snapped a six-game road losing streak.

Washington could manage only 35.6 percent shooting from the field, falling for the ninth straight time despite 18 points from Bradley Beal.

Kevin Seraphin added 13 points in the loss.
