NBA: New York 88, Indiana 76

NEW YORK, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Carmelo Anthony pumped in 26 points Sunday and the New York Knicks bounced back from their first loss of the season with an 88-76 win over Indiana.

Anthony corralled nine rebounds, J.R. Smith added 13 points with seven boards, and Raymond Felton contributed 11 points and eight assists for New York.

Rasheed Wallace finished with nine points and seven rebounds as the Knicks improved to 7-1 after sustaining their first setback Friday against Memphis.

The Pacers, meanwhile, fell for the third time in four games despite 20 points from Paul George.

David West supplied 14 points and seven rebounds for Indiana.
