
SACRAMENTO, Nov. 14 (UPI) -- Damien Lillard scored 22 points and Wesley Matthews added 18 to lead the Portland Trail Blazers to a 103-86 road win over the Sacramento Kings.
Lillard also had nine assists in the win, which featured a 17-2 run late in the third quarter that put the Blazers in charge and on the way to ending a four-game losing streak.
The Blazers, who led by as much as 24 in the final period, got 16 points from LaMarcus Aldridge. Nicolas Batum scored 15 and J.J. Hickson also hit double figures with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
James Johnson led Sacramento with 16 points. The Kings lost their third consecutive game.
Sacramento pulled to within 57-56 midway through the third quarter, but the visitors went on to outscore the Kings 17-2. Lillard hit a pair of 3-pointers in the outburst.
