PITTSBURGH, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger's availability for next week's game is in question due to a right shoulder sprain.

Roethlisberger was injured early in the second half of Monday's game against Kansas City. Steelers Coach Mike Tomlin on Tuesday said the injury was being evaluated and he didn't know whether Roethlisberger would be able to play Sunday when the Steelers have a key division game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Byron Leftwich, who filled in when Roethlisberger left Monday's game, would start Sunday if needed, Tomlin said.

Tomlin said Roethlisberger suffered an injury to the ligament that connects the sternum to the clavicle.
