NBA: Boston 96, Milwaukee 92

MILWAUKEE, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Paul Pierce struck for eight of his 25 points in the fourth quarter Saturday and the Boston Celtics hung on for a 96-92 victory over Milwaukee.

Kevin Garnett chipped in 18 points with six rebounds and Rajon Rondo supplied 10 points and 10 assists as the Celtics won for the third time in four contests.

Monta Ellis kept the Bucks in the game with 11 of his 32 points coming in the final frame, but it wasn't enough as Milwaukee fell for the second time in three contests.

Samuel Dalembert supplied 14 points and eight rebounds for Milwaukee.
