NBA: San Antonio 101, Indiana 79

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Gary Neal led a balanced scoring attack with 17 points Monday and the San Antonio Spurs won a fourth straight to start the season, 101-79 over Indiana.

DeJuan Blair and Tim Duncan each recorded 14 points and 11 rebounds as the Spurs improved to 4-0 for the first time in the team's 45-year history.

Stephen Jackson helped out with 12 points and Danny Green chipped in with 10 for San Antonio, which got seven assists each from Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili.

The Pacers were led by George Hill and Paul George, who combined for 29 points.

David West chipped in with a double-double of 10 points and 11 boards for Indiana.
