Langer's 63 nets SAS Championship title

CARY, N.C., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Bernhard Langer claimed his second Champions Tour victory of the season Sunday, firing a 9-under 63 to log a two-shot win at the SAS Championship.

Langer avoided a playoff when Jay Don Blake failed to register a needed birdie on the 18th hole. He instead fell to a bogey, finishing two behind Langer's 13-under 203.
