QUEBEC CITY, Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Lucie Hradecka of the Czech Republic will face Belgian Kirsten Flipkens for the Bell Challenge title after each won semifinal matches Saturday.
The eighth-seeded Hradecka gained the finals with a 7-5, 7-6 (7-5) win over Frenchwoman Kristina Mladenovic.
The unseeded Flipkens upended No. 3 Mona Barthel of Germany 7-6 (8-6), 7-6 (7-3).
Flipkens took out top seed Dominika Cibulkova in the opening round on the indoor carpet at PEPS Laval University.
