DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Jiyai Shin's win in a sudden-death playoff that took nine holes was worth her ninth LPGA title and returned her to the women's golf Top 10.

Shin and Paula Creamer were even after Sunday's final round of the Kingsmill Championship in Virginia and began a playoff. They replayed the 18th hole eight times, with each player getting a par, before play was suspended due to darkness. Shin then won the first hole when play resumed Monday.

That boosts Shin three places in the world rankings to No. 10. Creamer goes from 18th to No. 14.

The only other changes in the Top 10 had Amy Yang edging past Ang Sun-ju for seventh, leaving Ahn in eighth, while Cristie Ker slipped from 10th to No. 12.

Yani Tseng is still ranked No. 1. She has a rankings point average of 13.97. Stacy Lewis is second at 8.40, with Choi Na-yeon close in third at 8.38 and Feng Shanshan comes in fourth with an average of 8.34.

Ai Miyazato sits in fifth with a 7.52 average while Suzann Pettersen takes sixth at 7.17. Yang has an average of 6.39, narrowly up on Ahn's 6.37. Inbee Park is at No. 9 with an average of 6.29 and Shin's average is 6.00.
